Q double page spread analysis

The double page spread for this issue of Q magazine is of Take That, There is a pull quote used saying “there aren’t enough events in music anymore – and this is an event.” This links very well to there come back and will excite the audience making them think its going to be a big thing to see. There are two lead images, the fist image is shot to make Take That look god like raised above the other walker who have also been blurred out as they are walking but Take That are all in focus, The second image is of them jumping this is an action shot shows excitement and how together they are now. There is a persistent use of a T because it links with the groups name the T on the first page it very oversized and covers over the text. There is also another T to start the paragraph as Take That. The text on the top of the first page is also very strange as it is Take THAT its obvious the issue is trying to get the name of the band is as much as possible in as much different verity’s as it can. The way the band is portrayed is based on the theme togetherness they all are in black doing the same thing at the same time. Q really wants to push forward their come back as it’s a very popular subject that has been discussed for years. The house style is generally always the same using the red and white from the Q logo. The target audience is very broad because Take That are very popular with a lot of generations this is why Q have chosen to make a very big deal about this subject
